Brokerage Standard Operating Procedures

NYS has passed a new regulation that goes into effect April 20th requiring real estate brokers to establish standard operating procedures (SOP) for working with prospective home buyers. The intention of this law is to create transparency for consumers and ensure fair housing practices for all.
